How quickly can you start?
I'm available to start immediately. Most projects begin within 1-2 days of agreement.
What do you need from me to get started?
For most projects: your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts if you have them), content/copy, any reference sites you like, and clarity on your goals. I can help with content strategy if needed.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! All core service packages include 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the design meets your needs. Additional revisions are available at $75/hour (1-hour minimum). In my experience, 2 rounds are sufficient for most projects, but I'm flexible if you need more changes.
What if I only need design (not development)?
No problem! I offer design-only services at a lower rate. You'll get organized Figma files ready for your developer.
Can you help with copywriting?
I can provide basic UX writing and content structure guidance, but I recommend hiring a dedicated copywriter for long-form content.
What's your payment structure?
50% deposit to start, 50% upon completion. I accept Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, Wise, and bank transfers. We'll agree on the payment method that works best for you during our kickoff call.
Do you work with agencies or only direct clients?
I work with both! If you're an agency with overflow work, I'm happy to white-label my services.
